Overview

As a Partner Customer Success Manager at Tempo, you will be responsible for managing both Channel Partner and direct Customer relationships, driving a best-in-class customer journey for our largest clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

In Short

  • Drive the development and implementation of Enterprise GTM Customer and Channel Partner strategy.
  • Create value engagement frameworks by interpreting customer performance data.
  • Establish business objectives and goals with Channel Partners and direct Customers.
  • Develop innovative ways to share impactful data and insights with Customers/Partners.
  • Increase customer engagement across complex, global accounts.
  • Support complex product implementations and drive user adoption.
  • Act as a change agent for internal systems and external product management.
  • Cultivate key stakeholder relationships to drive advocacy.
  • Evaluate customer health and propose multi-product solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS within Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience managing a $5M+ ARR book of business.
  • Managed enterprise RFPs for 1,000+ user accounts.
  • Experience managing Channel Partner relationships and large global customers.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to diagnose issues.
  • Data-driven, proactive team player.
  • Strong ability to build relationships across organizations.
  • Passion for teamwork and strategic account management.
  • Regular use of dashboards and reporting for KPI management.
  • Extensive experience with workforce planning systems like Jira and Asana.
