Solution Sales Executive - Remote

Overview

The Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Asset Management as well as ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) products, supporting the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas.

• Support territory strategy and planning
• Provide input to AE during account planning
• Ensure alignment with Now Value principles
• Support customers in envisioning digital transformation
• Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE on specialty solution area knowledge
• Customize responsibilities based on territory needs
• Champion diversity and belonging

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes
• 5+ years of knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions
• Experience as an AE or in sales/customer service
• Understanding of business sales processes
• Travel required: 25%
