Overview

As a Sales Executive at Glean, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities within a designated territory, focusing on AI-driven solutions that enhance knowledge work.

In Short

  • Source and close new logos within a specified territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer business objectives to perform value-driven sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer success.
  • Meet ARR revenue targets through a metrics-based approach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
  • Provide insightful feedback to corporate functions.
  • Create ROI reports based on data-driven approaches.
  • Run POCs based on business success criteria.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales closing experience with a track record of top performance.
  • Ability to learn and pitch highly technical products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience closing complex deals and selling to large organizations.
  • Proficiency in building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of software integrations, APIs, and analytics.
  • Experience in selling technical SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus.
  • Experience working collaboratively with teams including SEs, BDRs, and PMs.
  • Familiarity with target account selling and methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger is beneficial.
