Overview

The Senior Technology Consultant for CRM and Customer Workflows at ServiceNow is responsible for guiding customers through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they achieve their business outcomes through effective configuration and best practices.

In Short

  • Work with customers to drive consumption and satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Consult and configure Customer Workflow products based on best practices.
  • Educate others about the ServiceNow platform through white papers.
  • Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow for process transformation.
  • Lead design workshops and guide customers through capabilities.
  • Perform hands-on development using ServiceNow technologies.
  • Implement AI offerings like Virtual Agent and Task Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Up to 50% travel annually based on customer needs.
  • Provide training and mentoring to the ServiceNow delivery team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Understanding of AI models and their application in workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow’s AI capabilities is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new features and capabilities.
  • Proven team player and team builder.
  • United States Citizenship is required.
  • ServiceNow certifications required within the first 90 days.
