The Sr. Manager, Product Design for Technology Workflows at ServiceNow will lead a team to create innovative product experiences by leveraging design thinking, AI, and user-centered design principles.

• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
• BA/BS degree in Design or related field.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle.
