In Short

• The Product Manager ensures that team efforts are aligned with company and product strategies by leveraging company frameworks such as OKRs/OGSPs.
• This role will execute that business strategy using effective prioritization, documentation, communication, and leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to ensure alignment of vision and proper delivery of projects.
• Data-driven and customer-focused, setting project-based KPIs.
• Utilizes customer knowledge to inform strategy and execution.
• Drives execution of all processes in the product life cycle.
• Leads a cross-functional team of engineers and designers.
• Develop feedback loops from users for continuous improvement.
• Facilitates communication and addresses stakeholder issues.
• Utilizes industry and customer research to develop expertise.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of product management experience.
• Working knowledge of product management in a software development setting.
• Experience building and owning a product roadmap.
• Structured and data-driven thinking with a strong bias to action.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong empathy and intuition for learners and customers.
• Experience with agile software development.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts.
