As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, Deal Desk at 2U, you will support go-to-market teams in structuring and executing complex deals, ensuring financial soundness and alignment with long-term business goals.

• Conduct rigorous financial analysis on proposed deals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with sales processes is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
