The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is a high-impact, analytical role supporting strategic financial planning, data integrity, and performance reporting at Neon One, a leader in nonprofit software.

• Build and maintain driver-based financial models.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Support sales forecasting and commission planning.
• Ensure accuracy across systems for data auditing.
• Identify trends in core SaaS metrics.

• Contribute to automation and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Drive scenario modeling for strategic decision-making.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong financial modeling skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) and ERPs (NetSuite).
• Experience with large datasets and tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Self-starter mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS for statistical analysis and modeling is a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise-level financial systems is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS payment structures is a bonus.
