Overview

The Strategic Finance Analyst at Neon One will provide key insights and analysis to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business leadership across various departments, focusing on improving business outcomes.

In Short

• Serve as a key thought partner to FP&A and business leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on payments performance.
• Develop forecast drivers and provide insights on revenue trends.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to create dashboards.
• Identify anomalies and data integrity issues.
• Perform KPI reporting and ad hoc data analysis.
• Work with various departments including Accounting and Sales.
• Enhance efficiency of dashboards and reporting processes.
• Provide proactive guidance on business impacts.
• Model success of new initiatives and R.O.I.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analyst role.
• Experience analyzing large data sets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Financial modeling experience with stakeholder communication.
• Strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
• Working knowledge of payment methods and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data mining.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.
