• Join Airtable as a Strategic Finance Analyst to drive topline forecasting, planning, and analysis.
• Partner with GTM, RevOps, and Finance leaders to own critical revenue models.
• Build and maintain bottoms-up revenue forecasting models for Enterprise bookings.
• Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Support the annual planning cycle with revenue-related inputs and scenario modeling.
• Produce dashboards and automated analytics for real-time visibility into metrics.
• Document and improve repeatable processes that scale.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in investment banking (TMT or SaaS preferred).
• Exposure to SaaS business models and enterprise sales dynamics.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, churn, CAC, NDR/NRR).
• Analytical rigor with ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Clear communication skills for senior and non-finance stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pigment, or Looker.
• SQL or BI tool skills for deeper data analysis.
