Strategic Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join our growing Corporate FP&A team, supporting critical finance operations in a high-growth, global SaaS environment.

In Short

• Support monthly and quarterly executive reporting processes.
• Maintain and refresh recurring FP&A deliverables.
• Perform scheduled imports and data entry in the FP&A platform, Pigment.
• Partner with stakeholders in Finance, GTM, and R&D teams.
• Identify and implement automation or process improvements.
• Document recurring workflows and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Slides.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools; Pigment or Anaplan experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with structured datasets and recurring reporting cycles.
• A growth mindset and desire to learn new systems.
