As the Analyst, Strategic Finance at Talkiatry, you will be at the forefront of driving our financial strategy and ensuring our continued growth and success. You will have the unique opportunity to partner across the organization to drive strategic decision-making by leveraging data and analysis.

In Short

• Support the Director of Strategic Finance to drive strategy and operational rigor.
• Build financial forecasts and targets, track performance, and analyze deviations.
• Improve accuracy of forecasts through understanding of business performance.
• Evaluate and analyze new business opportunities using financial data.
• Track and monitor metrics and key performance indicators.
• Support financial work streams including month-end close and investor reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services and analytical roles.
• Exceptional analytical skills, advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with expert financial modeling abilities.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• High energy and integrity in a fast-paced startup environment.
