In Short

• Develop core forecasting and planning tools to support annual and long-range planning
• Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs, providing leading indicators and actionable insights
• Build financial models to analyze new business opportunities and pricing strategies
• Strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners
• Work with accounting team to deliver accurate analyses and reporting
• Track and analyze budget vs. actual spend across departments
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in Finance function
• Support ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a record of academic excellence
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in finance or related fields
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in building financial models
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Project management skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication with senior leaders
