Technical Data Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technical Data Product Manager at McKesson will support healthcare data initiatives by translating requirements into user stories, leading scrum ceremonies, and managing the backlog in Jira, all while facilitating communication between stakeholders.

• Consult with stakeholders to align on business objectives.
• Own discovery and framing scope for real world data products.
• Break scope into deliverable feature epics and user stories in Jira.
• Prioritize needs and impacts while working with multiple teams.
• Collaborate with testers for UAT and content validations.
• Create user guides and documentation for the platform.
• Ensure business processes align with agile methodologies.
• Define and track product success metrics.
• Work autonomously with limited supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with EHR data transformations.
• Clinical experience preferred (RN, pharmacist, etc.).
• Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to develop and run SQL or Python queries.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
