Overview

The Senior Solution Consultant is a technical and business consultant who develops and provides industry-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving sales goals.

• Support product sales as a technical expert in a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide value-based product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco is desirable.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or other enterprise cloud solutions.
• Collaborative experience with product management and professional services.
• Skills in territory management and pipeline building.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
