Overview

ServiceNow is seeking Technology Workflows Solution Consultants with a focus on IT Asset Management on the ServiceNow platform. The solution consultant will provide strategic and technical hands-on expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements.

In Short

  • Contribute and maintain a showcase of ITAM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and own programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of IT Asset Management.
  • Create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on IT Asset Management initiatives.
  • Assist sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs.
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers.
  • Generate product demo scripts and maintain demonstration environments.
  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concept engagements.
  • Support marketing events and stay current on product developments.
  • Serve as regional team lead and act as the subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • ServiceNow IT Asset Management experience.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture domains and discovery technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of software license compliance.
  • Experience with ITIL and CMDB.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical or practice team lead experience.
  • Ability to integrate AI into work processes.
