Overview

ServiceNow is seeking driven Presales Risk Solution Consultants to provide solution leadership and expertise to support customers during the sales engagement with Integrated Risk Management solutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for creating innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management Solutions.
  • Review customer’s current business processes and translate to customer pain points.
  • Respond to customer questions relating to ServiceNow IRM solution.
  • Provide customers with lessons learned, strategies, and advice to enhance integrated risk programs.
  • Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC Solutions.
  • Maintain a showcase of IRM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Help develop programs for other Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of IRM.
  • Configure solution environments to address customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to enhance ServiceNow products.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Integrated Risk Management or GRC.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, policy & compliance management, and related fields.
  • Knowledge of GRC processes and solutions such as Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance within the financial services vertical.
  • Ability to communicate solutions to business challenges.
  • Experience in a large government or corporate enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of business and technical problems addressed by products.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 3-5 years of experience required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
