Overview

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting our Customer Workflows product sales.

In Short

  • Work in Customer & Industry Workflows, one of ServiceNow’s fastest growing business units.
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements.
  • Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings and trade shows.
  • Create customer value across several industries.

Requirements

  • 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Customer Service, Customer Experience, workflow, Field Service or BPM software.
  • Ability to provide compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a flexible mindset.
  • Territory management skills and pipeline building.
