Overview

The Partner Acceleration Leader will be responsible for developing and executing the Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy specifically for the Healthcare Providers Industry, driving revenue growth through collaboration with System Integrators.

  • Manage partnerships and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct business reviews and QBRs with top partners.
  • Engage with stakeholders to create impactful healthcare solutions.
  • Adapt strategies based on market needs and partner feedback.
  • Drive measurable outcomes with the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience with Global System Integrators or Enterprise Software companies.
  • Strong knowledge of the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience in developing partner go-to-market plans.
  • Sales mindset and ability to engage with partners effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Background in AI integration in business processes.
  • Strong business development and program management skills.
  • Ability to measure and communicate progress towards goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree recommended; Consulting experience preferred.
  • Strong network within the industry.
