Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant will work with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance and technical expertise in configuring ServiceNow products to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• 8+ years of configuration/development experience.
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to influence and consult in a technical environment.
• Experience with SaaS technologies.
• Proven team player and team builder.
