Senior Technical Consultant, IT Operations Management - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant will work with customers to drive their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance and configuring ServiceNow products to maximize their investment.

In Short

• Serve as the technical expert for customer engagements.
• Support process definition and improvement workshops.
• Advise on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
• Lead design workshops and document technical requirements.
• Guide customers in user story development and testing strategies.

• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Travel up to 50% annually as needed.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 8+ years of experience in configuration/development.
• Experience with web technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
• Strong understanding of IT/HR/Customer Service systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
• Proven team player and builder.
