Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant will serve as a functional and technical expert, working with customers to enhance their business outcomes through the ServiceNow platform by providing guidance, configuration support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations.
• 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong understanding of IT/HR/Customer Service systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
• Proven team player with leadership abilities.
