Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant for IT Asset Management at ServiceNow will work closely with customers to enhance their business processes through effective use of ServiceNow’s SAM and HAM products.

• Act as the process expert for IT Asset Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience.

• Experience in defining and deploying ITAM processes.
• Strong understanding of SAM and HAM engagement.
• Experience in Agile Development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ITAM strategies based on business priorities.
