Overview

The Business Process Improvement / Change Management Consultant will be responsible for optimizing the Real Estate Services function, focusing on the integration of people, processes, and technology. This role will drive transformation, support business process improvement initiatives, and enhance facilities management operations.

  • Proven project management experience.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in real estate services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
