• Seeking driven Change Management Consultants on a 1099 contract basis.
• Contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies.
• Collaborate with teams and mid-level leadership.
• Assist clients in managing organizational change.
• Develop and execute internal change management plans.
• Create clear and engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
• Manage delivery of change communication materials.
• Measure effectiveness of change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with change management principles.
• Proven ability to create and execute change management plans.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with mid-level leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
