Overview

The Senior Consultant in Change Management will work within a human-sized team, assisting clients in major digital transformation projects and technological innovations.

• Support businesses in implementing transformation strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 1 to 6 years of experience in consulting, especially in change management.
• Experience in strategic, organizational, or IT transformation projects.
• Strong digital culture and personal interest in innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration experience.
