Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, particularly in change management.
• Experience in strategic and organizational transformation projects.
• Strong digital culture and personal interest in innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
• Fluent in English.
