Requirements

• At least five years of consulting experience.
• Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management.
• Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships.
• Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Ability to design and facilitate workshops.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
