Overview

As a Change Management Senior Consultant in our AI Consulting practice, you will use state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to advise on and deliver customized strategic change management programs focused on the implementation of AI and other bleeding-edge technologies.

• Apply change management frameworks to guide clients through technology transformations.
• Lead work streams on OCM activities including change management and training.
• Develop communication plans for AI technology implementations.
• Expand stakeholder awareness and support for transformational initiatives.
• Assess impact of technology transformations on organizational structures.
• Build Value Frameworks to track organizational benefits.
• Design training programs for new AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of four years of experience in change management or organizational development.
• Experience in developing value frameworks and stakeholder engagement.
• Client-facing leadership experience.
• Experience in business development efforts.
• Familiarity with AI and real-time technologies.
• Desire to mentor junior staff members.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
