Overview

The Senior Consultant in Change Management will work within a team to support clients in major digital transformation projects, focusing on strategy development and implementation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 5 years of significant experience in consulting, particularly in change management.
• Experience in strategic, organizational, or IT transformation projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in international teams.
• Proficiency in English.
• Autonomous, empathetic, and results-oriented.
• Experience in leading project teams is a plus.
