Senior SAP Change Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP Change Management Consultant with a focus on SAP end-user training to join our team. This role will focus on delivering SAP training programs and managing change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP end-user training, change management methodologies, and a working knowledge of Public/Private Cloud environments (such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud or similar solutions).

In Short

• Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP training program.
• Develop and implement end-user training strategies and curriculum.
• Design, create, and deliver SAP training programs and materials.
• Provide expertise in SAP tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change management initiatives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Assist in the migration of legacy systems to SAP Public Cloud solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to align training and change management efforts.
• Track and report on training effectiveness and user feedback.
• Travel up to 50% required to client sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP training and change management.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop training content and manage large programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
