Change & Process Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

The consultant will be responsible for managing change and process documentation, training development, and user support within the organization.

In Short

• Writing and enhancing training materials for each version upgrade.
• Maintaining associated documentation (operating procedures, training exercises).
• Managing the training process for users based on their demographics.
• Proposing training schedules and dedicated meetings with Process Owners.
• Conducting training sessions and providing user support.
• Tracking progress through KPIs.
• Sharing knowledge and best practices in change management.
• Reviewing status and providing support in case of deviations from the plan.
• Developing and reviewing training and integration plans with project leaders.

Requirements

• BAC+5 in Information Systems, Automotive Logistics, or Planning Management with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong planning skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to facilitate and propose ideas.
• Strong synthesis and writing skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Responsiveness.
• General IT knowledge (testing processes).
• General Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
