Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Management Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting or innovative banking companies.
• Sector expertise in banking processes and products.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of technical terminology.
• Knowledge of business process management methodologies.
• Experience with BPM tools like ARIS, MEGA, Visio, or BlueWorks is a plus.
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.
• Professional rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, good communication skills.
• Teamwork orientation and problem-solving skills.
