Overview

The Business Process Improvement / Change Management Consultant will support the Real Estate Services function in a Chief of Staff-style role, driving structure, consistency, and improvement across people, processes, and technology.

In Short

  • Support leadership with operational planning and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Create structured approaches for environmental and sustainability collaboration.
  • Coordinate internal operational readiness for union engagement.
  • Develop centralized checklists for lease management tracking.
  • Align efforts across various corporate stakeholders.
  • Own executive-level reporting and dashboards on key initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of new operating models across teams.
  • Work in a remote capacity with weekly travel to Merrillville, IN.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business process improvement or transformation roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with labor relations and unionized teams.
  • Experience in developing team operating models and frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating across functions such as HR, legal, and operations.
  • Project management experience and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Real estate services experience is a plus.
