Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant for IT Operations Management will be the functional and technical expert on a customer engagement team, consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow products to drive business outcomes.

In Short

• Serve as a technical expert in configuring ServiceNow products.
• Support customer process definition and improvement.
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow technology.
• Guide customers in completing documentation for technical aspects of solutions.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
• 8+ years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies.
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong understanding of IT/HR/Customer Service systems.
• Ability to influence and consult in a technical environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Proven team player and team builder.
