Sr. Technical Consultant, IT Asset Management - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Technical Consultant will work with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance and configuration of ServiceNow products.

In Short

• Serve as the technical expert for customer engagements.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 8+ years of experience in configuration/development.
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
• Ability to influence and consult in diverse environments.
• Proven team player and team builder.
