Overview

The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships while achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, contract renewals, and strategy development and demonstrate strong client management proficiency.

In Short

  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth quotas through upselling and cross-selling Imagenet’s services.
  • Develop and implement tailored client growth strategies.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align services with client needs.
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations.
  • Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Partner with operations and product teams for client success.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
  • Experience in the healthcare BPO industry is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Located in Tampa, FL, or Los Angeles, CA.
