Requirements

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare BPO or customer service
  • Familiarity with Medicare processes is a plus
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail with sensitive information
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools
  • Preferred candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces
  • Ability to start immediately
