Overview

The Customer Service Advocate – Provider Enrollment manages and coordinates provider enrollment services for healthcare Providers and Practices while maintaining strong relationships with Payers and Networks.

In Short

  • Monitor and maintain enrollment and credentialing documents within the Enrollment database.
  • Coordinate with Providers to ensure enrollment complies with specific Payer requirements.
  • Organize, label, and maintain enrollment applications and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and document credentialing packages prior to submission to Payers.
  • Submit enrollment applications to Payers as needed.
  • Train Providers and office staff on the use of enrollment application tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and organizational policies.
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.
  • Use secure communication channels when transmitting information.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years in BPO Healthcare with focus on Provider Enrollment service.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, medical/dental claims, ICD-9 & ICD-10 coding.
  • Basic credentialing knowledge and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in MS Office and online systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
