Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in annuity, retirement, or finance industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage conversations confidently.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to customer needs.
