Regional VP - Property & Casualty Division - Remote

Overview

The Regional VP is responsible for achieving aggressive life and annuity premium sales goals while providing external wholesaling support to top Property & Casualty distributors across the Pacific West region.

In Short

• Accountable for achieving life and annuity premium sales goals.
• Primary external wholesaler for top P&C distributors.
• Drive sales growth through strategic plans.
• Manage distributor relationships and sales strategies.
• Conduct voice-to-voice and web-based meetings.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Provide training to distributor partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for case management.
• Monitor regional performance metrics.
• Travel overnight at least 40% of the time.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years of selling experience in Property and Casualty or life insurance.
• Extensive understanding of life insurance products.
• Sound technical literacy including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state life and health licenses.
• Highly motivated and organized team player.
• Proven track record in executing territory sales plans.
