Requirements

• 15+ years of Employee Benefits underwriting experience.
• Direct experience underwriting Dental, Vision, Life, and other benefits.
• Proven leadership of underwriting teams at the VP level or equivalent.
• Experience with large aggregators and negotiation.
• Strong process-engineering and operational experience.
• Experience with technology modernization and automation.
• Collaborative and tech-forward mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations.
