Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties within a designated region, focusing on effective property management strategies and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in property management.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
• 3 years minimum relevant experience.
• Real Estate license required in specific markets.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.
