Requirements

• Strong background in Property Loss Adjusting.
• Experience with domestic and commercial claims preferred.
• Managerial experience is a plus but not essential.
• Progressing towards or completion of ACILA, FCILA qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and persistence are essential qualities.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proactive approach aligned with company strategy.
• Experience with major losses is preferable.
