Overview

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the overall success and long-term viability of a portfolio of student housing communities, providing leadership and accountability of all on-site staff while maintaining financial control.

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of Property Management experience in the student housing sector preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property management standards and Fair Housing laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Positive and innovative problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with Entrata software preferred.
  • Travel required for this position.
