Overview

The Corporate Leasing Manager at Tailwind Group will oversee sales and leasing operations for the student housing portfolio, driving sales strategies and ensuring budgeted occupancy and revenues are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in student housing.
• Strong administrative, organization, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Entrata software preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
• Understanding of property management and Fair Housing laws.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
