Corporate IT Manager - Remote

Overview

Olivine is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to execute and drive the strategic direction of our corporate information technology. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of staff computing Windows systems, installed applications, cloud services, and cybersecurity while mentoring and growing the IT team as appropriate.

In Short

• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership in the management and optimization of our environment.
• Monitor and enforce IT security measures and provide training to staff.
• Lead, mentor, and coach IT staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage staff compute-systems equipment inventory.
• Effectively communicate technical updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team.
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, security, or systems administration.
• Experience with SOC 2 & ISO-27001 compliance frameworks.
• Experience monitoring security risks and responding to incidents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructures.
• Proficiency managing SaaS tools and enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user device and application issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
