Corporate Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

The Global Tax team is seeking a dedicated tax professional who will play a hands-on role in a growing tax function. As Reddit continues to mature as a public company, this person will play a critical role in our day-to-day tax operations and will support our global tax reporting and compliance process. This position will report to the Tax Director.

In Short

• Responsible for global income tax and indirect tax compliance obligations.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions, memos, and disclosures.
• Support monthly accounting close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage internal controls/SOX framework for tax accounts and processes.
• Assist international accounting team on statutory filings.
• Manage annual U.S. and foreign R&D credit studies.
• Support M&A activities with tax due diligence.
• Manage direct and indirect tax audits.
• Assist with tax planning projects and income tax forecasting.
• Monitor changes in global tax legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA required (Active or Inactive).
• 6+ years of corporate tax experience, with 3 years in public accounting.
• Strong technical skills in tax compliance and provision.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP & SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience with NetSuite and Onesource Tax Provision is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace required.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
