In Short

• Oversee tax compliance and reporting for U.S. and Canadian entities.
• Manage annual tax provision process in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Develop cash tax forecasting models across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee Canadian SR&ED credit claims and U.S. Section 174 reporting.
• Manage income tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Maintain transfer pricing strategies and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Communicate tax developments and risks to senior leadership.
• Review changes in tax laws and their implications for the company.
• Lead the Corporate Tax function for Fullscript.

Requirements

• CPA, CA, or relevant professional designation preferred.
• 7+ years of corporate tax experience focusing on U.S. and Canadian tax.
• Experience in transfer pricing and cost-sharing agreements.
• Knowledge of Canadian SR&ED credits and U.S. Section 174 regulations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing federal and state/provincial tax returns.
• Strong experience with tax provision software.
• Familiarity with Netsuite and strong MS Excel or Gsheet skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex tax matters in simple terms.
