Corporate Audit Manager - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Audit Manager will supervise the planning of internal audits at Grupo Mariposa based on internal audit standards, organizational policies, and the guidelines of the Audit Committee to ensure proper risk management and that organizational processes are efficient, effective, and comply with established regulatory, ethical, and strategic frameworks.

• Develop the annual internal audit plan based on priorities identified by the Director of Internal Audit.
• Supervise the execution of audits and projects to ensure compliance with the plan.
• Coordinate and assign teams and resources necessary for audits.
• Advise management on risk identification and process redesign for improved control.
• Execute critical audits, ensuring quality in identifying findings in high-criticality areas.
• Coordinate with other assurance areas to define plans and share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Audit.
• Minimum 2 years as Internal Audit Manager or Internal Control.
• 3 years of experience in the mass consumption industry or similar.
• Advanced English proficiency.
